This course provides instructor candidates the training needed to teach others to be
safe in, on and around the water. Those completing the course will be able to teach
Learn to Swim levels one through six, Parent and Child Aquatic classes, in addition to
other American Red Cross Swimming and Water Safety outreach programs.
Fundamentals of Instructor Training is included in the fee and times noted for this
Water Safety Instructor class. Students must be 16 years of age by the last day of
class in order to register. Fee includes all materials.
Class Length: 40 hours Fee: $200.
