The FRx has a long-life battery that has an installed shelf life of 4 years, or 200
shocks or 4 hours of continuous monitoring. This unit also has unique pediatric
capabilities which utilize a "key" device which automatically switches the device
to use the pediatric protocols. Because of this feature, there is no need to
purchase additional pediatric pads.
Additional batteries, pads, cases and cabinets are also available.
